With over 30 years of maintenance experience, Tim performs routine maintenance and assists tenants with service requests on the company’s entire portfolio of properties. He began working at MFC in 1994 and is the "go-to-guy" for answering questions about any building in the portfolio since he has an extensive knowledge of the properties. Tim also assists the property management team in monitoring the properties to ensure that each is functioning at its highest level.
