Eric J. Colmark is the Property Manager of MFC Properties Corporation and has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, construction, property management, finance, and development. Eric takes a 'hands-on' approach to managing his portfolio of over 300,000 square feet of office, retail, and medical office properties while working directly with tenants to quickly address service requests.

Eric leads and advises staff and contractors to ensure excellent tenant experiences and superior customer service by providing modern property management solutions. In addition, his familiarity with tenant leases and annual budgets allows him to quickly resolve any special matters that might arise. Eric guarantees a standard of excellence in executing day-to-day operations, including maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, accounting, tenant relations, and more.
